Mr & Mrs Potts - Goldstone Hall - Shropshire Wedding Photographer

I woke around 2am, 4am, 6am throughout the night all thanks to our children and my bladder but each time I checked out the window, still pouring with rain, genuinely turning to Aaron I would moan... still raining. Something happened, a switch. I honestly couldn’t believe it, the sun started to just break through... the wind picked up & the clouds were rolling away!! It was pure luck, somebody was looking down today and knew that we needed sunshine.

Chloe easily one of the most chilled out Brides I think we’ve ever seen... we arrived to her simply meandering around the room drinking a glass of Prosecco. No nerves here, she knew it was going to be a wonderful day! I cannot stress how amazing the mother of the bride was, Dee had everything in hand. She was just amazing and made everything so easy for Chloe and in fact for Will.

The bridal suite was so bright & airy at Goldstone Hall! Everyone was settled being pampered and prepped by the brilliant Carly Cartwright. No messing here, rapid as always and doing a wonderful job of making the bride feel incredible. Chloe’s dress from Wed2Be hung just by the window, I think we stood taking in just how elegant it was... she was going to look jaw dropping. We were right!

Will stood soooo cool! No beads of sweat here.

I think it was obvious they were totally besotted with one another and it was their time to just wallow in the beauty of this special day. First the bridesmaids made an entrance, their dresses also from Wed2Be were just so classy! Chloe walked down the Aisle clutching her incredible flowers from Maccioni by Design Flowers whilst on her dads arm, he was beyond proud. Meanwhile a resident wasp was trying to get the better of me... I wasn’t missing this shot.

Faced with her soon to be husband she looked totally blown away by the moment...

They walked out together as Mr and Mrs Potts greeted by a ruck loads of homemade confetti. It was fabulous!!! He clearly couldn’t be prouder to have married his childhood sweetheart.

The meal was served promptly and was delicious! Never have we seen beef cooked so well and so consistently. The kitchen staff at Goldstone Hall did a wonderful meal for Chloe and Will’s beautiful family!

The speeches were great, giving everyone a real giggle hearing lots of little stories about Will and Chloe and the things they’ve got up to over the years together. A toast was made to the happy couple & the guests went to enjoy the last of the evening sunshine.

It was time to cut their cake from Bake It Special, I can vouch for this incredible lady. Her baking is simply wonderful... this was followed by their first dance to The Courteeners - Take Over the World. A beautiful moment I doubt they’re ever going to forget.

The band arrived, just getting ready alone we knew that The Good Habits were going to be epic! Honestly I think everyone could see that we could of abandoned the camera to dance. Everyone had the best time making for the most awesome images in the evening of all the guests having a blast!

They walked down a sparkler exit hand in hand soaking in those last few moments... what a day! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of it and for allowing us to document the day here.

To the new

Mr and Mrs Potts, congratulations. We wish you a life time of happiness together!
