This was our first big wedding in quite some time and it was so lovely to see so many people all together in one place.
Bridal preparations started in the lovely home of Jade and George in Kingswinford and everyone seemed relaxed, even her little boy Jacob was spark out asleep upstairs as if today was no big deal! Everyone was gathered in the dining area and conservatory where the Hair dresser and Make Up artist had everything in hand, not a hair was out of place! Both wonderful company and very professional. The ladies looked incredible and it was nearly time to leave but not before Jade received a beautiful box of gifts from her soon to be Husband George. A few little gifts and a small letter which had Jade welling up full of emotion, it was clear from her reaction how much this gesture meant to her. The perfect start to what would be the most wonderful day.
A certain little boy woke from his nap and was beyond excited to snuggle his Grandparents, the bond they have for each other was simply incredible to watch.
The hairdresser put the veil in and then left for the day leaving behind her well wishes for the couple, everything was packed up and we got prepared to leave for the hotel. We drove for fifteen minutes and arrived at the glorious Old Vicarage, Worfield where we quickly got the drone up into the air for that all important aerial footage which would really set the scene for the highlight film. That part is always such fun, seeing the gorgeousness that surrounded this venue was mind blowing.
The most stunning dress from Vicky Lee Bridal hung in the Bridal Suite, Jade’s best friend and mother helped Jade into the dress and her father came through to see his little girl. An absolutely breathtaking moment, something I am sure he will never forget.
George awaited Jade’s arrival in the light and airy ceremony room at The Old Vicarage in his dapper grey suit from Peter Posh in Tettenhall. The moment Jade arrived was just magical, smiles appeared on everyone’s faces and George just about held himself together.
The rain held off for long enough to get the family pictures and confetti shots done outside. The afternoon into evening was very much a relaxed affair, with some very emotional and heartfelt speeches after the wedding breakfast.
It really is amazing how after a whole day spent with a couple, how you can feel like you have known them for ages, laughing and joking like you are best friends, we really didn’t want to say goodbye!
These are the sneak peeks from the day, we cannot wait to get the rest of the images and highlight film edited.
